A pre-sale allows you to purchase an item before its official release date.
By reserving your product early, you ensure availability for limited-print or high-demand releases.

📅 Release Dates

  • All release dates are based on information provided by manufacturers or distributors.

  • Release dates may change without prior notice due to production delays, allocation changes, or distributor updates.

  • If a release date shifts, your pre-sale order will ship as soon as the product becomes available.

We will notify customers of any major changes when possible.

🚚 Shipping of Pre-Sale Items

  • Pre-sale products ship on or shortly after the official release date.

  • If your order includes both pre-sale and in-stock items, they may be shipped together on the release date or separately, depending on availability.

  • Pre-sale orders follow our domestic standard shipping timeline (5–7 business days) once dispatched.

💳 Payment for Pre-Sale Orders

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Pre-sale orders are final and non-refundable, except in cases of:

    • Product cancellation from the manufacturer

    • Failure to receive allocated stock

    • Exceptional circumstances determined by our team

If a cancellation occurs, customers will receive a full refund.

In rare cases where we receive fewer units than expected:
